Night Shift- Marketing/Sales Assistant for Digital Marketing Company

A digital marketing agency requires a sales and marketing assistant to help with coordinating projects, staff and clients. We currently have 10 Filipino employees, many have been with us for 3-10 years. We are looking for another long-term employee. The hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) and that is non-negotiable.

You will have excellent English communication skills (voice and writing) as you will be talking to and communicating by email and Skype with various clients and staff.
There is a lot of variety in this job. Project Management (SEO, websites, content), Marketing, Email writing, Lead generation (no telemarketing), replying to sales inquiries, keyword research and you must be tech savvy as we use lots of software.
If you can write, (C1 or C2) that is a huge plus. A major component of the job is to communicate, write proposals and edit some webpages, blogs, etc.
Ideally, the candidate will somewhat knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SMM, email marketing, advertising, and web design. To be clear, I am not expecting someone to have all these skills, only to understand what needs to be done.
The most important qualities a candidate should have is good communication, someone that can think on their feet, has common sense, is driven to get things done right the first time and has a sense of urgency.
