Virtual Assistant Experienced w/ Kajabi (create opt in pages and setup<email class="ojfilter" certainty="1" h="3e536288a2ec9cf85ed9de1d77fe661c

I am looking for a virtual assistant to join my team. You'll primarily help me create opt-in pages and handle my website and email campaigns, but I would like you to be flexible and also assist me with many tasks. My business helps small business owners with education about legality, accounting, taxes and business planning.

It is important that you must:
1) Be able to follow instructions closely, be organized, honest, reliable and communicate with me regularly. At first, must show me how you are working on tasks, so that I can assure we are on track and not wasting time. Kajabi is preferred. If you do not have Kajabi experience, please have other website and email autoresponder experience (such as clickfunnels, or squrespace, wix, weekby AND convertkit, getresponse, active campaign, etc.) Please be sure to tell me all that you have used.
2) Have good internet
3) Have basic or advanced skills using Kajabi. I will provide you with the copy/words and basic design and you will setup website/optin pages, emails and campaigns based on the information I provide.
4) I might use Active campaign for emails, so if you have experience with that - that is a major bonus. If you do not, what email autoresponders do you have experience with? (*you must have some experience with email autoresponders, or this job is not for you*)
4) You are ok with completing other tasks, as needed, such as creating workbooks in canva, doing graphic design type work, (you do not need to be a graphic designer, but skills are a plus), tracking social media and website statistics in a spreadsheet, tracking and updating youtube videos.
5) you will daily use the time software in onlinejobs.ph and Asana to communicate about what you are working on
6) excel and google sheets experience a big bonus, plus youtube video optimization and SEO a big bonus too


Starting out this is part-time, 5 hours per day (I'm sure some days will take less). I can pay $150 per month to start, but if you do a good job then there will be bonuses as I can pay them and there is also a 1% of E-course sales bonus paid monthly.
E-course sales were$1,600 for last month, I expect them to double next month, and our goal is for $1,000 sales per day. We are just getting started, but there is opportunity to grow with us. If you want full time, I will have full time work for you in the future too.
