WordPress Designer/Developer

Hi, we are a small digital marketing agency in California. We seek a nice communicative positive personality type person to join our team.

Looking for a Designer/Developer with samples of their work to show us.
Must have strong English Speaking and Reading Skills. Must be an above average English writer.

Must be able to work mostly our schedule which is Pacific Standard TIme (PST) 8am to 5pm or there about.

We are located in California USA and most of our Clients are on PST or EST which is 3 hours 'later' than here.

We will probably give the winning Developer one project to work on and see how they do. As it says above, we look for an ongoing relationship for multiple projects.

We'd like a fixed bid for the project but are open to hourly after the first project.
