About the role
Our businesses are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a qualified Business Consultant to work alongside our senior leadership team and business founders as we optimise for further aggressive growth.

This is a varied role, with responsibilities including:
Consulting on multiple programs/projects simultaneously, working alongside senior leaders and business founders to organise and execute projects according to business priority
Collecting information through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) to perform an initial assessment and diagnostic of a problematic situation or business bottleneck
Analysing and interpreting information to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to practical business capabilities and limitations
Presenting findings and recommendations in concise form with ample justification and practical advice
Developing detailed plans to execute on recommended changes
Assisting the business in implementing the plan and resolving any unforeseen issues as they arise
Ongoing business optimisations, including guidance on technology solutions, architecture, and automation.

Aptitude in creative problem-solving
Advanced analytical and research skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational ability – ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks/projects
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in a top tier professional services firm
Entrepreneurship or startup experience
Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, digital marketing, HR etc.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
