LEAD MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a work from home position.
Our fast growing real estate company is seeking an Inbound Lead professional with outstanding
phone skills. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of
enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for
getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self
starters, can take direction and have a desire to be the best they can be.

This position will involve taking inbound calls from homeowners in the Greater Charlotte Area who
have received one of our marketing pieces about purchasing their home. It is up to our Inbound Lead
Specialist to take those calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about
their property.
In
addition to gathering basic information, as our Inbound Lead Specialist, you will attempt to gauge
how motivated they are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share
information. Finally, the Inbound Lead Specialist sets an appointment for our Acquisition person to
go and talk with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM
(lead database) system by the Inbound Lead Specialist.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (11:00am -7:00pm EST) Work from home. No commute!

Who will you be working for?
We are a real estate investment firm
that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to
sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below
market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition and can buy an unlimited amount
of properties if they fit our criteria.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
?Answer inbound calls as they are received
?Return any missed calls within 5 minutes
?Gather information from callers about their property (script provided)
?Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell
?Set appointments for Acquisition Manager
?Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (Data base)
