COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are Australia-based consultants who assist companies in the software industry with their technical writing. TechScribe is a young and innovative company that aims to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.


JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a capable IT person to support the operations of the company’s portable devices. The service desk coordinates the provision of IT support services for the company’s on and offshore operations and covers all business hours of its offices. The service desk also performs other auxiliary support functions for the company’s end-users. This is an internal IT support role.


FUNCTION
*Manages Office 365 Sharepoint online
*Troubleshoot hardware complex problems and document technical procedures as necessary (through remote access)
*Respond to system outages and maintenance needs
*Resolves technical escalations and provides recommendations for performance improvements
*Research and provision new systems to enhance the organization’s capabilities
*Monitor systems performance and ensure availability and usability


TECHNICAL SKILLS
*Proven experience in Windows and Office 365 Administration, specifically SharePoint Online
*Basic hardware (laptop) troubleshooting experience
*Experience with Sophos
*Experience with OKTA and other password managers is a plus
*Microsoft certification is an advantage but not a requirement


REQUIREMENTS
*A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related courses
*At least 3 years of working experience as Windows Help Desk Support
*Must be a team player and can work effectively with peers in resolving problems
*Ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines
*Must have excellent communication and analytical skills
*Must be able to manage sensitive and confidential company information

*Salary is Php30,00 (depends on experience)
*20 days paid annual leave (accrued)
