We are an established and fast growing UK based e-commerce business and have been growing rapidly over the last 2 years. We are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting customer support and administrative assistant opportunity which could be perfect for you.

This position is full-time – 40 hours per week. Hours are 9am-5pm – Monday – Friday (UK TIMEZONE).

If you can speak English to a high standard and have experience in phone support customer service then keep reading, as this may be exactly what you are looking for.

We require a highly organised and professional assistant to help us with the following tasks:
• Answer customer phone calls.
• Answer customer live chat.
• Respond to customer emails (training will be provided).
• Fulfil orders on Shopify (Shopify experience is a bonus).
• Uploading products to our website.
• Assisting with bookkeeping (training will be provided)


What we require from you:
• You must have a home computer.
• You must have a headset with a high-quality microphone.
• You must have a silent office space in which to work.
• You must have fast internet minimum 10mbps upload and download speed.
• You must include a link to a recipe for your favourite Adobo at the top of your application.
• You must have clear spoken English and be able to speak with customers and suppliers on the phone.
