JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and working with other staff to ensure accuracy of the documentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
* Research, develop and document operational procedures and manuals
* Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
* Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
* Edit existing documents and keep records of any changes made

Job Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a technical writing position
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Knowledgeable in Google docs and Google Spreadsheet
* Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
* Has reliable internet connection
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Ability to multi-task and to learn new skills quickly
* Can work independently and with minimum supervision
