Job Description:

We are now in search for a Topnotch Class A' Professional Customer Service Specialist who knows the full cycle of B2B and B2C. Someone who has impeccable work ethics, someone who VALUES opportunities, responsible and reliable. A minimum of 6-7 yrs working with big companies with proven track record of success. Again, we only need expert level of candidates to fill this position. Bachelors Degree required.

MISSION:
- Help customers resolve their questions and complaints with the highest level of courtesy and patience.

OBSTACLES:

- Ability to explain clearly.

ACTIVITIES:
- Updating FAQ library
- Keeping supervisor in the loop
- Answering emails, phone calls and voicemails on a daily basis (Overnight voicemails as well
- Ensuring all returns are processed
- Open communication with the warehouse on all issues

OUTCOMES/RESULTS:
- 100% emails answered daily
- Aim; 90% satisfaction by customer
- Converting phone calls into reviews
