WORKING HOURS:
•Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Ph time with 1 hour lunch break

Post Trial and Probation Period:
•Basic plus monthly KPI bonus, hiring bonus, retention bonus
•No work during Philippines Regular Holidays (after trial)
•Additional 5 days Paid leave annually (after probation)
ABOUT THE JOB:
• Hiring:
? Posting our job ads on various platforms to look for new talent.
? Processing incoming applicants and making decisions on whether to move them to the next stage.
? Conducing phone interviews & carrying out recruitment tests.
? Actively seeking & developing relationships with potential A-Player candidates.
• Onboarding & Training
? On-boarding new candidates.
? Ensuring that the new candidates complete the training on time.
• Other HR Activities:
? Contributing to the promotion of company values & helping create a great work culture.
? Finding "Service providers" & consultants for ad-hoc needs.
? Looking at HR systems we can utilize for optimizing the HR Function.
Skill/Competencies Required:
• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience and at least 1 year of Virtual working experience/
• Ability to think outside the box to create an amazing employee experience.
• Ability to call potential candidates and conduct Video phone interviews and remote interviews.
• Interpersonal skills.
