Virtual Assist for website/blog management

I am planning to make a new blog/website. The blog is addressing the DIY concepts and hardware products development.
I want assistant to help me in managing the blog and editing content in attractive and interesting design.

Also, to help me in the blog membership management.
As well as video editing and optimization.
