Graphic Designer

Hi,

I am a business owner in the Tshirt business and looking for a great designer. I would write you a topic per day or a list of topics for the entire week and you create 10-20 designs per day for $1-2. If you do great work than bonus are possible. My business is very important for me therefore I need you fulltime, so you can have your focus on this job only. I like to work with respect and being equal to each other. I am looking for a longterm working relationship. Therefore your quality and your personality, especially working independently, are very important for me.

If your are interested I would be very happy. Please send me your application and two samples of your work to me. After 2-3 days I will check all samples and pick the best designers out of it for give you a small test by designing me two graphics to check how we interact with each other and the quality of your work. If everything is perfect than I would like you to join my team. :)
