Marketing Assitant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant on a freelance basis, averaging approximately 1-2 hours per day. You must be fluent in English both speaking and written with experience in the following areas:

• Converting Linkedin posts (written by company owner) into blog/news updates
• Editing videos e.g. embedding subtitles, putting in titles
• Posting videos to company website and other online outlets
• Company Linkedin
• Company Twitter
• Hubspot (CRM software) updates
• Tracking leads, appointments, quotes, sales and KPIs
• Marketing emails
• Conversion emails
• Closing emails
• Website edits - wordpress
• Scanning google / social / Tripadvisor etc for leads
• Building databases of senior contacts to approach: name, title, email, number from Linkedin and other online resources

Experience of Wordpress, video editing, research and Hubspot or other CRM systems
