sales staffing executive

Job Description:

The Spearhead Group Staffing, Inc. is seeking a high-energy sales representative (staffing) to help grow our staffing business. This person will be responsible for developing business in a variety of industries in accordance with customer staffing requirements.



Duties and Responsibilities

· Develops full knowledge of assigned sales territory.

· Prospects new opportunities for business.

· Performs initial safety inspections of potential work sites.

· Work with customer hiring managers to gather job requirements and expectations

· Develop strong relationships with customer hiring managers, business leaders, and other business lines.

· Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.

· Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers.

· Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects.



Job Qualifications and Skills

· At least 1 year of staffing sales experience.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.

· Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.

· Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research.
