Key areas of responsibilities:
Sell, meet individual KPIs, and set the standard
Remotely manage a team of ten sales executives to meet thier KPIs
Manage traction points and focus the team activities for growth
Be the leading support to the tea
Constantly guide and motivate
Assist in team building and retention
Desired Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience with 2 -3 years of management experience
Remote team management experience advantageous
Experience within the Services Sector is preferable
SaaS advantageous
Call center or telemarketing experience advantageous
CRM experience
Knowledge Skills and Competencies required:
Excellent selling skills
Excellent online presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Approachable and available to tea
Ability to Influence stakeholders/decision-makers and tea
Strong customer focus, result orientated and driven
Tenacity
Organized excellent planning and execution skills
