Are you talented with book keeping, Quickbooks Online as well as financial forecasting, strategic planning and assisting with major business planning decisions? Eastern Time USA business hours required, permanent position will lead to more hours up to full time as the role grows.
Are you confident in your college or professional level English, both written and have excellent spoken Engish as well?

Preconstruction or construction office backgrounds are helpful, but preference is for those who have business development experience, especially USA based businesses.
