Virtual Assistant

An International health and wellness industry company is looking for a part-time virtual assistant to join their team. This person will be able to speak and write fluently in English and have a reliable high-speed internet connection. We are looking to have someone join our team long term, and hope that this person can continue to grow in the position.

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, able to pick up things quickly, a positive can-do attitude. They should be able to understand technology quickly, and familiar with such tasks as:

Creating marketing automation sequences
Entering in email content
Responding to customer support issues
Able to put logos on images and company documents
Keeping up with basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintaining schedules and coordinating travel
Clear communication through email, messenger and video chat
Able to take on new projects and complete them on time
Create content to post on social media platforms
Updating images, text, and blogs on Wordpress

MUST HAVES:
Experience using Infusionsoft
Understanding of the use of Google Docs
Excellent English both written and spoken
Previous experience as a VA
Experience using Wordpress
Experience with basic bookkeeping

NICE TO HAVE:
Experience using Clickfunnels
Experience using Kajabi
Experience posting social media content
