Google Ads Master

Hello! We're seeking a Google Ads expert who can help us with the ongoing management and optimization of high performing Google Ads campaigns.

We have multiple campaigns in multiple geographic regions throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have an extremely strong understanding of the Google Ads dashboard
- Stay up to date on the latest updates and tools available to Google Ads advertisers
- Have the ability to identify expansion opportunities
- Have a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Have strong written and spoken English proficiency

We have a robust Hubspot implementation for managing leads and campaign information. Any Hubspot experience is a definite bonus but not necessarily required. We are happy to train the right candidate on how the Hubspot system works. However, please understand that the job description also includes assisting in the ongoing management, updating, and optimization of the Hubspot system to coincide properly with the Google Ads campaigns.

- What your preferred bidding strategy is (and why)
- An outline of your approach to monthly management (what tasks, strategies, optimizations, etc. you perform regularly)
