ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Find prime candidates on OnlineJobs, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Recruit candidates to work online
- Promote and protect team culture
- Oversee HR role for team

** Must feel comfortable learning technology, using new tools
** This is a NON-VOICE position -- BUT strong English is necessary

* Have a great understanding of American culture
* Must be health conscious -- active, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol
* Great Internet Connection. 99% Up time in your area

You MUST Be Able To:
- Demonstrate Empathy and Caring for others
- Demonstrate interest in US Culture

- Demonstrate how you dig for solutions and answers for customers
- Demonstrate how you helped a co-worker complete a project
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Have GREAT energy and work well with team
- Work starting 8 am U.S. PST time zone: Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

SALARY AND BENEFITS

- $300 - $600 USD/month plus 13th month (*salary based on demonstrations of thinking and skills)
- Work from home
- Standard PH holidays, and vacation time
- OT pay
