Hello!
My name is Dan and I am seeking someone for a social media management position in my real estate business. An ideal candidate would be knowledgable in all social media platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn mostly), experience in managing multiple accounts, and be fluent in writing/speaking English. I currently have two VA's who work in different aspects of my business, but we all are working together towards a common goal. Being a team player is a must. I am looking for someone who can add value to our team.
A typical work day would include posting to different media accounts from a schedule, coordinating any new information to upload with my current VA's, and responding to leads/comments/inquiries on our posts. The perfect candidate must be familiar with the following apps/programs and :
- Google Drive/Google Calendar

- Hootsuite or Buffer - I am open to other programs but these are the ones I have heard of.

- Trello
- Market Leader - this is the current CRM I use but am open to exploring other options
- Bright MLS - have the ability to pull properties and post on different sites.
- Microsoft Office or Google Docs
