Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant whose expertise lies in Customer Service and Order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate must thrive in a very fast-paced environment by effectively managing the high volume of orders while also performing excellent customer service. He/she must also be able to think creatively in order to perform best order fulfillment practices. Must have background and knowledge in order fulfillment process (Operations-Supply Chain with at least 2-3 years experience is an advantage) with better understanding of Order Process (Order Management, Shipment and Billing). Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Attention to detail is a must; Strong analytical skills; problem solving mindset; effective communication skills both verbal and written; ability to multitask and able to maintain strong relationships with vendor and team members.
Work Hours: Full-time; Flexible but may require availability in between 10am-2pm CT
