JOB OVERVIEW

We need help with customer service assistant.
We are looking for someone who has high level attention to Upgrade to see actual info would start as one job and could turn into full time customer service position. Office is based in NYC- would require good internet connection for remote work at the same time as the rest of the team: 9 am – 6pm NYC time

Missions :
• Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant)
- Admin Assistant
- Answer all customer & brokers inquiries
- Filing data sheets/forms and checking the requirements of clients
- Follow-up with Upgrade to see actual infoet customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty.
- Help and support the company
- Prepare and submit a report required by the supervising head
- Handle specific project such as item customization
- Quote creation. Product info
- Partnership with international distributors.

Skills :
• English
- Speaking
- Writing
The candidate must be experienced with SalesForce. Zendesk is a plus.
Experience as virtual assistant or sale representative will be strongly appreciated.
