Responsibilities
============

> Manage the execution and status of all daily website requests and short/long-term projects
> Coordinate with development team and Management to understand requirements, concerns and opportunities to help project prioritization
> Manage development resources to ensure timely and accurate project completion, including web designers, programmers, and database engineers
> Communicate status of all assigned website development projects to Management team
> Develop and document appropriate UAT processes/resources to verify accuracy and quality of all project work prior to deployment
> Research and evaluate industry competitive web solutions/functionality to lead constant innovation and ensure/maintain competitive advantage
> Remain current in ecommerce/web dev/SEO/web usability best practices and leverage this knowledge to inform development roadmap

Qualifications
===========

> Bachelors’ Degree
> 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar website project management role
> Demonstrated ability to learn technical skill sets
> Understanding of and ability to implement mobile-first and effective web usability principles
> Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
> Experience with WordPress (or similar Enterprise CMS platforms)
> Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
> Experience with web and mobile development
> Understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics and effective UX design
> Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
> Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or priorities can quickly shift
> Must be exceptionally organized, highly detail oriented and have strong project management and communication skills
> Ability to multi-task and collaborate with team members
> Independent and self-motivated
