Web Development Project Manager & Customer Support

JOB OVERVIEW
Manage project coordination for web development projects and provide customer support for ongoing web-edit requests.
Projects are WordPress based and involve using WP as a base for more app-like web tools. This position interfaces with clients and our team to keep projects progressing as scoped.
The Project Management focus is on leadership of the team members in design and development, ownership of project timeline, content entry / page layouts on site developments, and content acquisition from client.
The Customer Support is focused on timely response to incoming email tickets requesting WP based edits and resolution or delegation of tickets.

The majority of our clients are US based, small to medium businesses and non-profits. We enjoy helping our clients succeed in their companies and organizations and we are intentional about developing long-term relationships. We are doing our job correctly when our existing clients refer us to their business associates, friends, and family.
