What Were Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned part-time/freelance bookkeeper and tax preparer.

What Are You Going To Be Doing?

Perform monthly bookkeeping
Properly categorize download transactions,
Establish banking rules
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare US-based income and business taxes
Prepare financial statement compilations
Proficient level of US tax laws,
Knowledge of US business tax laws including partnerships.
Proficient level of US Gaap accounting principles
Proficient level of QB online



Oversee the general accounting function, record-keeping and reporting systems which includes inter-company accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, and balance sheet management.
Monitor and analyze accounting data; develop and run regular financial statements including cash flow, P&L, income statements, and balance sheets.
Prepare and update overhead, budget, profitability and forecasting reports
Responsible for month-end closing and year-end closing including posting journal entries, reconciliation of account balances and general ledger accounts, and distributing 1099 forms.
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales tax returns, as well as operation and business taxes.
File VAT returns if Upgrade to see actual infovelop long term financial plans based on strategic goals alongside Management.
Ensure that company financial records, under responsibility, are maintained in compliance with company policies and US GAAP. Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance.
Improve and implement accounting procedures and practices for efficiency and improved financial Upgrade to see actual infoplete all reports and records required and submit on a timely basis.
