Website in Wordpress

I need a 8-10 page website for my new Upgrade to see actual info will be done in Thrive Themes. I have the theme already, and I have the structure and content ready to go.

Need someone to:

1. Build out the pages
2. Add design elements (requires some graphic design skills)
3. Upload the plugin (I have a list)
4. Add content to the pages (Content will be provided)
