Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the project management of the website design/development of client websites. The project manager will work with the Web Designer, Web Developer, Director, Designers & Clients to create aesthetically pleasing, fully functioning websites following our set out systems and processes.
Best practices, scope management, timeline management and client communication will be utilised to ensure the success of the projects. They will be required to have experience in understanding the clients requests within the scope of work, communicating effectively

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage daily project management responsibilities
- Communicates effectively between clients and liases well with the internal team.
- Works directly with Designers and Developers to manage the overall scope and build of websites.
- Manages and assigns support tasks effectively and communicates clearly back to clients
- Creates timeline/schedule for requirements.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
- Effectively manages all projects assigned by manager and/or coordinators.
- Performs other related duties as Upgrade to see actual infoCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of web design project management experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- The incumbent/candidate must be detail oriented, well organised, and self-motivated.
- Time management, planning and workflow management
- The incumbent/candidate must have knowledge of basic programming skills HTML, CSS, Photoshop, WordPress and best practise plugins and themes (Genesis, Beaver Builder)
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
- Must have strong creative, technical and analytical skills.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in both technical and business environments.
