Call Center Representative with Leasing/Property Management Experience

We need several individuals with years of experience answering calls and processing emails for real estate and/or property management companies. This is a unique opportunity. You can complete this job in your spare job or working on another pay-by-task job -- as long as ShowMojo work comes first.?

We will pay you 50 cents an hour for keeping our Call Center app live in your browser. You get paid by the call for answering calls, and an additional payment when a call has a positive outcome. You also get paid a small amount for the successful generation of each lead while processing emails.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must have remote work experience.
You must have a strong and reliable Internet connection.
You MUST have great phone skills.
You MUST have experience working for (or answering calls for) real estate or property
management companies.
You MUST have a quiet place to take calls, and a headset with noise cancellation feature.
You MUST have a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 5mbps.
Your computer MUST be running at least 4GB RAM and Core i3 processor.
