E-Commerce Team Manager

Seeking a full-time E-Commerce Manager with a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central to manage and oversee the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business.

Qualified applicants must have, at a minimum:

- Fluency in English
- 2 years Amazon Seller Central Experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience & proficiency with managing a team

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following key areas:

- Amazon Paid Advertising (Seller Central and AMS): Manage campaigns to generate sales within specified ROI targets.
- Inventory management and monitoring: Track existing inventory levels, forecast upcoming needs and place new product orders with suppliers on an ongoing basis.
- Virtual Assistant Team Management: Oversee/manage a team of 5 contractors, manage performance of, hire & train new team members as needed.
- Product Launch/Promotions Management: Prepare and organize all related efforts to new product launches, develop and execute a launch plan, including but not limited to: deal sites, ManyChat campaigns, Amazon coupons/promotions & email scheduling and monitoring.
- Amazon Product Listing Management: Oversee optimization of product listings, ensuring 100% uptime and accuracy.
- Creation/Maintenance of Standard Operating Upgrade to see actual infotailed instructions and a 30-day training period included. During this time, the new hire will shadow our current team manager’s day to day activities to eventually take over all of their Upgrade to see actual infoerested candidates should reply with the phrase "E-commerce Manager" at the top of their reply.
