Shirt Designer

I search for a good graphic designer, the designing will be for different types of T-Shirts and merchandise. I offering a freelance or part/full time, I pay per design, I buy up to 10~20 designs per day. The more good designs you can deliver the more will you earn. I will require all rights on these designs and they have to be sold to me alone they can’t be published in any form, no copies, no Trade Marks or anything that can violate copyrights. I only buy designs with high resolution, I don't want to see any pixels. Show me your style! Also want to discuss own ideas and create some fancy own styles with you together.

you must be:
- creative
- individual graphic designer
- fluently in English or/and German
- reliable

What I can offer:
- 105 PHP per Design, if you can deliver a good constant quality over at least 2 Months i would also pay more.
- a stable and reliable income
- maybe upcoming other projects
