JOB OVERVIEW

We are an MSP (Managed Services Provider) currently recruiting and looking for 2 Senior NOC Technician's with a strong background in Windows System Administration, patch management, troubleshooting skills, and the highest level of customer service. For now, they will be dedicated to support our largest customer with multiple locations across the United States.

We will have 2 shifts for these positions that support our customer's working hours:

First shift will be 8pm - 5am Manila Upgrade to see actual infocond shift will be 1am - 9am Manila time.

The 2 Senior NOC Technician's will take turns with each shift on a rotating basis (schedule to be determined). For example, you may work the first shift for 2-3 weeks and then switch over to the second shift for 2-3 weeks. We will work with the individuals to determine the best approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Watching for support requests within our ticketing system, respond accordingly and within SLA
- Monitoring and administering our Windows Servers (patching, troubleshooting, permissions, etc.)
- Manage our Office 365 Accounts
- Escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate team members
- New projects and activities as requested

Requirements:
- Stable internet Connection
- Your own computer
- Available your entire shift - we don't mind if you step out for food or anything else, but you must be responsive to incoming tickets and requests and complete tasks within our SLA's

Minimum skills required:
- Strong experience managing and troubleshooting Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, etc.) and Windows Client (7 and 10)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems - e.g. Zendesk, FreshDesk, etc.
- intermediate to Advanced knowledge of ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate
- Office 365 Administration

Nice to Haves (Bonus Points if you have experience with items below)
- Solarwinds RMM
- AWS or Azure Cloud Experience
- Scripting (Powershell or other scripting language)
- Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) experience
