We have several companies where the skillsets and services overlap and complement each other, the companies are:

InCo Projects Ltd- 5 years old. We provide Contracting and Consulting services within the Construction Industry. We provide our services across the London area on numerous high-profile projects with the ambition to expand. The name ‘InCo’ derived from Innovation and Collaboration, these are key and embedded into the roots of who InCo are and what we stand Upgrade to see actual infoco Property Services Ltd- 1 month old. We provide managing services to Serviced Accommodation Properties. We are currently seeking existing Landlords in strategic locations to rent their residential property over a 5-year period and in turn offering the property as Serviced Accommodation on a short-term lease. Our target market is 1) Construction Tradesman 2) Holiday Lettings.

Ocni Developments LLP- 1 month old. We are looking to purchase commercial properties and/or land to develop into a suitable long lease to large branded companies such as Domino’s, Costa Coffee, Subways etc Typically, in the UK commercial property located in towns will have upper floors where we wish to convert them into Serviced Accommodation.

Job Purpose:
Supporting the company Directors in everyday tasks, in particular, the new companies. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to multi-task, an all-rounder who considers the task in hand with the common end goal in sight. The individual must be able to manage their own time and support others.

Job Requirements/ List of Duties-

Admin:
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks across all businesses
• Support and deliver general admin correspondence
• Experience in setting up and running Channel Managers for example ‘Tokeet’

Finance:
• Have experience of Xero and bookkeeping practices
• Support with drafting invoices and logging into the finance system
• Support with expense claims and coding on the finance system

HR:
• Record Holiday/ Sick days

Contribution to the wider Team:
• Be a team player, and be prepared to help others whenever you can
• Share best practices wherever possible

Essential skills:
• Fulfilled a similar role
• Confident and fluent in English and able to talk on the phone
• Exceptional organization and communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Excellent skills in all Microsoft office packages (word & excel) and Adobe.
• Promoting process improvement, inventory control
• Be consistently resilient, creative, efficient and honest.
