- Answer communications in the project management system that is related to web projects. Check design work and development work to is at a standard before we show the client.

- Hold regular skype conference calls with team to make sure work is done on time and issues are resolved.

- Handle customer enquires if needed and gather feedback for product enhancements or future products.
