PROGRAMMER Needed for an exciting Yii / Angular.js project!

Hi there, my name is Paul, I am based out of Manila. I work for an English speaking Japanese Educational company.

We have an exciting YII (backend) and Angular.js (frontend) project.

I have been leading development on this project, and have built the project from scratch using Yii.

I want to develop a RESTfull API backend in YII, and replace our front-end with Angular.js

We have a part-time position available where you can work from home, however, candidates that can travel to Makati will once a week be given preference. If you do work from home, we will need you to be familiar with using skype, hae a microphone, and use TeamViewer from time to time during meetings.
