What we need:
We are looking for a financial wizard to join our team and take over our accounting and bookkeeping.
We are migrating from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
There will be an initial setup and migration period and then transition to ongoing accounting and bookkeeping.

About the position:
1. You will be a core member of the team with daily communication with the owners of a growing food business based in Los Angeles
2. To start, you will manage, AR, AP, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Reporting, Purchasing, Payment processing. Then we will bring on an assistant for you to take on many of these tasks and you will be responsible for putting systems in place and higher level accounting
3. You will coordinate with the LA-based team to help them during their collections process. Arm them with the information to speak with customers
4. You won't need to speak with customers but will need to help the team when there are questions from customers

This should describe you:
1. Expert in Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS NAV). You must have a deep understanding of the tool
2. Strong accounting background, CPA preferred
3. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot financially discrepancies that others often miss
4. A love of numbers and new technology. A love of generating useful reports
5. A strong understanding of the Power BI tool
You will be managing several entities, and be extremely disciplined to make sure everything is properly booked. Manage the personal + business finances of owners to best manage cash flow.

1. 3-5 years - Microsoft NAV and Business Central - Please don't waste time if you don't have experience as this tool is too complex to learn on the job.
2. 3-5+ years - Very strong background in accounting

Schedule:
1. Able to work part of the time during PST working hours. (7 am - 3 pm Manila time)
2. Able to coordinate time off with the rest of the team. You will have all major holidays off, we just need to coordinate tasks
