• Lead generation for Property renting and selling in the UK property market, making phone calls to Landlords, letting agents and potential clients.
• Search for property owners on UK Land registry
• Excellent Communication skills, verbally and written effectively at all levels
• Excellent fact finding, research experience
• Be self-motivated, tenacious, enthusiastic

Key Duties
• Finding and calling potential customers establishing correct contacts and usage
• General fact finding and market research, along with competitor awareness
• Working with the Marketing team on general Marketing administration
• Analyse and interpret customer usage
• Maintain CRM system
• Production of weekly reports and KPI’s
• Identifies and implements operational processes provides technical support to improve channel performance.
• Monitors and analyses revenues & connectivity reports to track channel performance
• Channel content management & maintenance
• Build up a qualified, target prospect list of named contact
- Contact identified targets within potential clients/sector
- Managing programs of activity
- Creating campaigns that switch between service focus as required
- Answer potential clients’ questions regarding how our services can deliver value and benefits
- Generate leads and appointments (targets to be agreed)
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on business development team’s schedules
- Maintain up to date and accurate records of activity using Excel
- Communicate any challenges, problems, concerns or questions to business team members
