Creative Director Needed!

The job will involve the following. Don't worry if you don't have experience doing many of these tasks, we're just looking for someone smart and driven to learn!
- Lead the weekly marketing call
- Adjusting / monitoring ads every day
- Uploading posts/stories on Instagram / developing social media content strategy
- Approving design work for emails / Stories from our designer
- Co-ordinating content for ads, emails, and IG posts with our designers, copywriters and photographers
- Creating a marketing calendar (what campaigns are we going to launch)
- Analyzing data from Google Analytics
- Uploading new google display ads in every display size
- Pursuing wholesale requests / reaching out to wholesalers and setting up calls for us
- Youtuber / Instagram Influencer outreach
- Adjusting images and text on website to be relevant for marketing campaigns we're running
- Willing to expand marketing knowledge by taking courses and making notes for founders to review

We do quarterly performance reviews with increases in salary every quarter based on performance.
