Virtual Assistant Needed for Family Owned E-Commerce Business

We are a growing e-commerce company looking to hire an assistant to manage our future and current product offerings. We are a busy family-owned business who likes to have fun, get lots of work done, and crush it. Our brand was built with the belief that time around the table enjoying those you love matters a lot and we've built our product line to support that ethos.

Our Product Assistant will have excellent attention to detail, high follow through for whatever task has been assigned. Will proactively prompt action according to our existing processes. Will have great conversational English and reliable internet. Will commit 6 full days from 8-6 Monday-Saturday to the position. Attention to deadlines very important. Reliable worker with the expectation to respond to messages within 10 minutes or less during working hours.

Tasks include: new product research, helping source new products, managing and updating our Asana product boards, proactively moving new product leads through our pre-existing systems of research and analysis, sourcing and development. Pulling data for a product health report for existing products. Scheduling and sitting in product meetings with the owners. More duties as assigned and related to assisting with our product offerings.
