JOB OVERVIEW

Be part of a startup whose mission is to change the world by helping women reach their goals. I'm in the process of starting my own agency. I need to hire someone who will be my right hand woman/man as my clients are now growing.

I am looking for an executive virtual assistant and digital superstar to help me manage and grow my company, connect with my clients and managing upcoming team members. I am looking to add a long term member in my team!

IMPORTANT: This is not an entry-level assistant position. You MUST have at least 2 years experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner. Please note you MUST have worked as an executive assistant remotely before and MUST be tech savvy. I will not teach you everything hence you must have the initiative and can solve problems on your own.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expect to get a list of tasks that will need to be completed each day/week such as:
Create email MailChimp campaigns
Minor editing videos and create basic graphics
Answering Customer Service Email
Communicate to my clients on my behalf
Maintain and update client’s websites
Fixing technical errors (Kajabi, Ontraport and Wordpress)
Manage client’s calendar
Can make basic landing pages
Understand marketing funnels/click funnel/evergreen is a plus!
Handle founder’s emails
Can manage a team
Assist with client’s program launches
Update website clients social media websites


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 2+ years experience as a virtual assistant for a business owner
Must be very organized and can manage multiple tasks
Perfectionist, super attention to detail
Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
Highly organized and efficient
Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having limited amount of face-time
Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
Forward-thinker who can proactively handle circumstances
Top notch communication via email, and internally and with clients
Proven ability to prioritize tasks
Can follow instructions clearly
Report to work on time
Execute tasks with minimal supervision
Complete tasks on time
Honest and reliable
Quick in learning new skills
Tech Savy (Experience either in Ontraport, Kajabi, Wordpress, Divi, Leadpages, ClickFunnels- is a plus!)
Based near Manila is not required but a plus


MANDATORY:
Must have very good internet connection and power. At Least 20Mbps
must be fully committed to this job (no side projects) internet speed (http://www.speedtest.net/)

Transparent communication (good or bad news)
Ability to independently learn how to do a task by reading 3rd party information or videos
Ability to prioritize based on revenue generating activities, not busy work.
Customer Service Support when needed
Take on multiple tasks and projects as business needs change


25-40 hours/week–mostly during business hours, with quite a bit of flexibility,
One Month probation salary part time at $200. If we are good, I will increase it to $400/month for full time.
