Cold Caller For Off Market Real Estate Leads

Our company is in search of a VA to join our growing family! We are a tight knit company that focuses on providing solutions for home owners who are motivated to sell their houses fast!

We are in search of a qualified cold caller to call our off market real estate lead lists. Lists will be provided to you! Individual must have cold calling experience- real estate background is a plus. Must be professional and be able to document/organize leads into a CRM. Our lists are already skip traced. Must be able to follow our cold calling script and turn a prospect's NOs into a YES!

The main objectives of this position will include:
1.) Call motivated sellers and SET APPOINTMENTS with those who are wanting to sell- ''Hot Leads''.
2.) Coordinate appointments with Company owner- (You will share a calendar with them).
2.) CRM- VERY IMPORTANT
3.) Bi-weekly follow up with ''warm leads''. Call and try to convert to set appointment.
4.) Weekly Skype meeting with Company Owner to discuss progress, goals, achievements, strategies, etc.
