Are you a Super Star Sales Representative?

As one of our sales representatives / acquisition managers you will be expected to cold call potential real estate leads using our dialer system, schedule appointments for callbacks, and even negotiate awesome deals with our clients. A sales script will be provided along with live call videos for training purposes. This position will start off as part time and move to full time once applicant is fully trained. This position starts off as $3 per hour with bonuses, but raises will be given to those who perform well. There is always room for growth with our company!

Requirements:
- Good spoken English
- Experience with the Mojo Dialer System
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy talking to strangers
- Able to work in Eastern time (10am-5pm)
- Good internet connection
- Knowledge of real estate preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Cold call lists provided by our team daily using our dialer system
- Schedule appointments
- Learn & master high converting scripts that are provided by us
- Negotiate deals with sellers

Bonuses:

- $250 USD per lead closed
