We provide clients with a full suite of marketing services, covering digital strategy, design, content, creative and digital implementation across mobile, web and social media channels.

As a Paid Search Specialist you will be working on a range of clients across different industries including smaller individual companies to larger national accounts with a wide range of budgets. We will give you the autonomy and responsibility to manage your campaigns and provide guidance and support when Upgrade to see actual infoom designing and implementing campaigns from scratch to taking on existing accounts, you will be able to put together a Paid Media strategy providing recommendations and suggestions for the best way to achieve your client’s goals, as well as identifying areas for improvement.

You will be able to work across different channels within Paid Media including PPC, Display and Paid Social to create and execute the best strategy to hit client KPIs.

The performance will be at the heart of what you do and you will evaluate how your campaigns are performing and continually optimize to get the best results. You will provide useful campaign insights to clients and suggest recommendations based on your analysis.

Responsibilities:
- You will be leading key initiatives for the execution of our paid social media campaigns.
- Leading our Paid Campaign initiatives with a strong focus on setting up, tracking, and optimizing our Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Contributing to the design/development of new campaigns
- Running and managing campaigns for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat) and other digital platforms (Google, Youtube, etc.)
- Monitoring and conducting analytics for performance reports, market/industry/competitor insight, KPI's
Collaborating with various departments for digital, creative, content and advertising

Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of digital marketing experience (ideally in an agency)
- 2-5+ years in paid search campaigns
- Proven experience with running campaigns on various platforms - Facebook and Google are REQUIRED
- Experience with other platforms is a plus (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience owning the digital channel marketing campaigns
- Creative, results-driven personality to come up and execute new ideas
- Strong ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and work without micromanagement
- Proven experience with structuring, strategizing, and optimization

“Nice to Have” (Not Required):
- Facebook or Google certification
- Agency experience or other results-driven, fast-paced environments (i.e. startups, e-commerce/sales, etc.)
