Cold Calling:
EXPERIENCED Real Estate Seller/Buyer Cold Caller

Lead Follow Up:
FAMILIAR with Email, text and call drip systems
Familiar with CRM client follow up particularly KUNVERSION
Able to enact a Kunversion CRM Follow Up Protocol DAILY
ACTIVELY watch buyer activity in the CRM and respond when shoppers are active EVERY DAY

Appointment Setter:
EXPERIENCED Appointment Setter for Real Estate
APPOINTMENT SETTER - we will bonus for every QUALIFIED appointment set

Personal Skills:
MUST have good clearly spoken English
Dedicated and detail oriented
Consistent every day

Communication:
Activity report (detailed) every day

New Leads Incoming:
ANSWER NEW LEADS INSTANTLY -familiar with SLACK
AVAILABILITY AND PROMPTNESS ARE CRUCIAL
Ability to "Warm Transfer" prospects
