Mac Developer needed to create Mac app

I’d like to work with a Mac developer on an hourly rate basis to build a Mac OS app that will post tweets from the system clipboard and add links, screenshots, etc. The project will be divided into 5 iterations. The first iteration will be a Mac OS app with the basic function of posting a tweet from the system clipboard contents and the url of the web page the content was copied from. Following iterations will add more advanced features such as tweeting images, creating screenshots, etc.
