JOB OVERVIEW

Currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, organized and enjoys interacting with both internal and external customers. Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for various administrative functions which include but are not limited to answering customer calls, Marketing and Support.

• Work Schedule: Monday & Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
• Must have Good Computer and Internet Speed to use VOIP and Google Hangout/Voice

• Read/Write and Speak Fluent English

• Creative mind for Marketing Material
o Images, Banners, Flyers…
• Technology
o Google Business Suite
o WordPress Design and Development
o Search Engine Optimization – S.E.O.
o Microsoft Office
o Photoshop Adobe / Illustrator / InDesign

a. Answering incoming Calls and directing the calls or taking voicemail via web-portal
