JOB OVERVIEW

As my VA, you will assist me with many of my day to day tasks to efficiently mange aspects of my business and personal life.
You will need to have very good english writing and speaking skills
an interest and understanding around digital technology - websites, virtual reality, videos, social media
experience and an interest in design of products, interior design, architecture
extremely well organised with a systematic and logical approach to email management, folder structure and file naming management as well as travel planning.

puter literate with very good excel, word and powerpoint skills. if you have an apple mac computer - even better as that is what we work with here.
you will need to be able to look for information both in a research capacity as well as to self learn how to use specific systems and programs and also to know where to get external help.
I will train you in many different aspects, but i need you to be proactive and look for some info yourself. so much available information out there !
You are friendly, like to laugh and enjoy taking ownership of what you do to get the best results
you take pride in your work and always present the best you can !
you are not afraid to make mistakes and you will learn from them to improve yourself.
we all make mistakes, its how we fix them that makes a huge difference !

Ps. I am based in Sydney Australia so working hours will be from around 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday PH time - I can be flexible as needed and often working hours will be dependant on deadlines and specific tasks.
