JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an admin assistant to help automate our Realestate business. Easy and accessible communication is very important as we will be introducing new processes and tasks often and want to be updated and in communication bdjtf. Cf addition, we also need to have someone who is very organized as some processes occur weekly and at specific times. The tasks our company needs completed would include:

-Data scraping from public sources and sites
-Creating and classifying Spread sheets
-Cold Calling inbound and outbound calling
- updating scorecards
- Regular video meetings
- learning new processes and implementing them from video teachings
- sales/ telemarketing
- commission based sales
