Job Role: Cold Caller

Work Hours and Schedule: Monday - Friday 12PM - 8PM (MST)

Work Duration: Full-Time

Rate or Salary range: $5/hr (Plus Bonuses)

Description/Information:
We’re looking for experienced freelancers for this role. (Training will be provided for tools, apps, company processes, etc.)

Job Description:
• Responsible for calling a minimum of 600 calls a day through the dialer that we provide
• Submitting a minimum of 3 qualified leads
• Respond to inquiries of sellers
• Perform outbound calls to seek for motivated sellers
• Responsible for identifying, contacting, and collecting information from our CRM system.
• Maintain consistent lead follow-up on with all sellers until the seller sells, lists or decides not to sell

Qualifications:
• Negotiation and Sales Skills and experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to show empathy and care to the seller
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Calm under pressure
• Computer skills
• Level 4 or 5 English fluency
