Real Estate Lead manager / Cold Caller - EXPERIENCED WANTED

We are looking for EXPERIENCED Sales Agents in real estate with excellent customer service skills with a very Friendly and upbeat personality.

This position will entail calling home owners to see if they are interested in selling their property.

Must have excellent English skills, able to work independently, and have a home office with minimal interruptions. Must have reliable computer with internet connections.

This is not the typical "CALL CENTER" job, where you will be having robotic like conversations with people. We encourage friendly conversations over the phone using a very friendly like voice tone. while Upgrade to see actual infostructions:
?• As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.
• Experience working with Podio and other CRM systems and experience with Call Tools multiline dialer and related software and equipment is mandatory.
?• A huge part of your job will be generating new leads, consistent and tracked follow up and setting appointments. ?
• You will be paid $4 per hr. probationary And you will receive $100 bonus each time a deal is closed. ?
Experience is a plus but being a hardworking and RELIABLE/TRUSTWORTHY employee is preferred.

Must be able to work the following hours
10AM -6PM EST (MON - FRI)
