WEBSITE / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Website / Graphic Designer is responsible for the development and execution of creative design. These responsibilities include creating and communicating ideas, implementing marketing strategies and developing interactive design solutions. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work with a collaborative team of project managers, copywriters and developers. Balancing creative thinking with interpersonal skills, our ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to justify concepts to both the client and the project team.

Job Responsibilities
Developing concepts and communicating ideas
Design creative and unique websites that showcase the services and products of our clients using a page builder program
Create websites with user flow and SEO best practices in mind
Create website wireframes and user flow diagrams
Create logos and brand identity for our clients that reflect them accurately and effectively
Providing quality assurance of all creative deliverables
Partner and collaborate with the Creative and Art Director and contribute to the innovative development of the creative department
Participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, creative brief development and creative execution
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines
What You Bring:
Creative design portfolio with 2+ years web design work experience.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, InDesign}
Knowledge of Wordpress, page builder, front-end development
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members
Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
Ability to work in a client-facing industry
Committed to the profession of visual communication
Passionate for design and creative problem solving
Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills, efficiency and dedication
Eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
Additional Skills:
Agency experience is an asset
Illustration in both electronic and traditional media is an asset
Video editing and animation production experience is considered an asset
